Miss Melissa Calvanelli
Miss Melissa Calvanelli started taking dance classes at the age of three and hasn't stopped since. After graduating from high school, Miss Melissa attended Shippensburg University where she was a member of the In-Motion Dance Troupe for her entire four years of college.
She choreographed several dances each year for In-Motion's spring performances including one year's finale. She also choreographed dances for In-Motion's Homecoming and fundraising events.
Melissa has a background in ballet, tap, jazz, and street dancing. She also enjoys country line dancing and would someday like to learn ballroom dancing.
Miss Melissa graduated from Shippensburg University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, with a concentration in Juvenile Justice. She was a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity.
Miss Melissa and her husband, Michael, recently became the proud parents of Ryan Michael who was born May 10, 2005.
